Shipping services is providing by third party handlers. We take every care to send you out the item as described, however except that some items may get damaged in transit. If items are damaged or missing we would firstly request you contact the shipping handler to resolve the matter but please also inform us so we can monitor the service provided to our customers by the shipping handlers.
